Matcha Mori was born from a reverence for the centuries-old Japanese tea ceremony — reimagined for the modern palate. Our name draws from the Japanese words matcha (powdered tea) and mori (forest), evoking the misty shade-covered fields of Uji where our leaves are grown.

Every cup is hand-whisked with a traditional chasen bamboo whisk, using water heated to the precise temperature that unlocks matcha's full umami depth. We serve it in a space designed for stillness — dark walls, warm amber light, and the quiet hum of intention.
